The Old Hemmel
The Old Hemmel is a recently completed 2 bedroom, all en-suite, cottage in a quiet part of north Cumbria beside the tranquil river Irthing. Close to the historic Hadrian’s Wall and other places of interest, it is the ideal retreat for walkers, golfers, bikers as well as those that just want to enjoy the beauty of this part of England.
With it’s open plan ground floor Kitchen and Living space, coupled with 2 comfortable double/twin bedrooms on the 1st floor, our well insulated, cosy cottage provides everything you need for a relaxing time away from the stresses of normal life.
During the day, and in the summer evenings, you can relax in your own private outside space enjoying a BBQ with stunning scenery towards the setting sun.
